HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Most Maestro office furniture orders are delivered directly from the manufacaturer using their chosen logistics partners and carriers. Standard manufacturer lead time for Maestro office furniture products is estimated at 7 to 10 working days subject to normal stock levels for products ordered. All current Maestro products are designated as Stocked Products.
HOW WILL I KNOW ON WHICH DAY THE GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED?
Goods are dispatched from the Manufacturer to their chosen logistics partners/carrier when the order is fully allocated. For most orders the logistics partner/carrier usually confirms the delivery date by phone at least one day before delivery. For some orders unnotified delivery is attempted and a card is left to arrange redelivery if the delivery premises are empty. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only and usually between 8am and 6pm.
WHAT IF GOODS ARRIVE DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE?
You are advised to report any damages or missing parts on the delivery note if possible, otherwise in writing as soon as possible after receipt and in any case within 5 working days of receipt of goods. You should also inform your dealer separately so that they can follow up with the manufacturer. Damaged goods are usually be collected and replaced, providing the dealer and manufacturer damages have been reported within acceptable timescales and the damage could not be seen at receipt.
WHAT ARE THE 2010 DELIVERY CHARGES?
10% of order value.
IS ASSEMBLY/INSTALLATION INCLUDED?
No. Maestro Pedestals and Filing Cabinets are delivered boxed and pre-assembled. No. Most Maestro desks, tables and cupboards are delivered flat packed.
