2010 Delivery Charges
Delivery is charged at 10% of Order Value.
Maestro Office Furniture - Delivery Arrangements - UK mainland
STANDARD DELIVERY IS TO GROUND FLOOR LEVEL ONLY ON MAINLAND GREAT BRITAIN.
Delivery to any other floor (either with or without lift) is considered to be installation (see below).
Delivery lead time for our Maestro office furniture products is estimated at 7-10 working days.
Delivery to remote areas on the UK mainland may take longer and may in some cases not be possible.
Orders placed after 4pm or at weekends/bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
The day the order is processed is day zero.
You should receive a phone call a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery date to confirm which day
your order will be delivered (except for small carrier delivery orders).
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, typically between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
An exact time of delivery cannot be allocated, however the delivery company can sometimes
provide a courtesy call to be made 1 hour prior to drivers arrival (please discuss this
option when you receive the delivery confirmation phonecall).
